Ascend Beyond Space is a French company located in Annecy, Haute-Savoie Region.
The company, established in 2024, designs and manufactures high-end subsystems which enable mission termination and the mitigation of in-orbit debris.
CEO & Co-Founder
Quentin Mannes
Electronics engineer with 10+ years of experience in R&D for space, technical and corporate leadership. Quentin authored various designs in space and on the moon working at the European Space Agency and AAC Clyde Space, leading to his role as Bradford Space's Head of Engineering before joining Ascend Beyond Space.
CTO & Co-Founder
Clement Profit
Experienced propulsion engineer with expertise in fuel and fluidics management, contamination control and technical sales. Clement led the design of the Comet water propulsion system and oversaw its mass production in his role as Lead Propulsion Engineer at Bradford Space before joining Ascend Beyond Space.
COO & Co-Founder
David Mainwaring
Aerospace Engineer with a track record in operations management, structures and thruster assemblies. David was in charge of the development, procurement and testing of electrical propulsion units in his role as technical officer at OHB Sweden before joining Ascend Beyond Space.
